Returns Policy:

  • Eligibility for Return: You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Certain products, such as personal care items or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

  • How to Initiate a Return:
      1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
      2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
      3. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup through our shipping partner, Shiprocket.
  • Return Shipping:
    • The cost of return shipping will be borne by Wellbeing if the product is defective or incorrect.
    • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than defect or damage, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
    • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

  • Non-Refundable Items:
      • Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
      • Any item returned after the 7-day return window.
      • Certain personal care or customized products may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Timelines:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
    • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days.
    • Wallets/UPI: 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, the same process applies as returns. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, and our team will assist you in selecting an alternate item based on availability.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be in process.
